MysticPillars provides BaZi (Four Pillars) calculation and cultural reading tools. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we process

• Birth details: date, time, gender, and selected birthplace used to calculate your chart and generate a reading.
• Purchase details: order identifiers and payment status. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by MysticPillars.
• Usage events: limited product events such as page views, tool use, and report views, used to improve reliability and conversion.
• Technical data: basic request metadata needed for security, abuse prevention, and service operation.

How we use information

We use information to provide chart calculations, deliver purchased reports, verify payment, prevent abuse, maintain the service, and understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell personal information.

Payment providers

Purchases are processed by Creem or Lemon Squeezy, depending on the provider configured for the service. Their own privacy policies and terms also apply to payment processing.

Retention and deletion

We retain order and security records for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting the service operator through the channel shown on the website.

International users

MysticPillars is designed for users outside mainland China. Data may be processed by service providers in other countries. We apply reasonable contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The date above indicates the latest version.
