Nature of the service

MysticPillars provides automated BaZi calculations and cultural or entertainment-oriented readings. The service is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not use a reading as the sole basis for important decisions.

Inputs and accuracy

You are responsible for entering accurate birth details. Birthplace and true-solar-time settings can affect results. Automated calculations and generated text may contain errors, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Purchases

Paid reports are one-time digital products priced and displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Creem or Lemon Squeezy. Access is granted only after the payment provider confirms the order through a server-to-server notification.

Refunds

Because a paid report is a digital product made available after purchase, refunds are generally not available once report access has been delivered, except where required by applicable law or where the service operator confirms a duplicate or failed transaction.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass payment controls, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an availability basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including pricing and report formats, with reasonable notice where practical.
